I hope you love your order from Three Birds and an Owl. Every item is carefully handmade, checked and packed before it leaves me. If something isn't quite right, please get in touch.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know that you'd like to return it, followed by a further 14 days to send it back.

Items should be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty or I've made a mistake with your order, return postage is your responsibility.

Once your return arrives safely, I'll arrange your refund, including the original standard delivery charge where applicable.

Handmade & vintage

Many of my pieces are handmade using repurposed vintage books. Small variations, signs of age and original features are part of what makes each piece unique, and I'll always show and describe these as accurately as possible.

Personalised orders

Items made specifically to your requirements or personalised for you cannot normally be returned if you simply change your mind. This doesn't affect your rights if something is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Something's gone wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please get in touch as soon as possible. Include your order number and, if you can, a photograph of the problem so I can put things right.

Making a return

Email me at hello@threebirdsandanowl.com with your name and order number before returning anything. I'll reply with the return details.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
